When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK. Next Please download Look2Me-Destroyer. Close all windows before continuing. Double-click Look2Me-Destroyer. Put a check next to Run this program as a task.
You will receive a message saying Look2Me-Destroyer will close and re-open in approximately 1 minute. Once it's done scanning, click the Remove L2M button.
You will receive a Done Scanning message, click OK. When completed, you will receive this message: "Done removing infected files! Look2Me-Destroyer will now shutdown your computer", click OK. Your computer will then shutdown. Turn your computer back on. Please post the contents of Look2Me-Destroyer. Your reply should include your vundofix. I ran vundofix right now and it said there were no infected files and so it didn't remove anything. Making registry repairs.

It might be one of the fundamental utmod installer problems; no file association with the setup program. According to the file type ut4mod, you want to pass the ut4mod file to setup. While in the Open with dialog box, put a checkmark next to always opening this type of file with that setup file.
If you associate wrong, hold down shift while right-clicking the ut4mod file next time, and open with should appear. Still didn't work.
