On to phase 2 of the home office WiFi escapade. I got the card installed Friday night and everything was up and running. I could access the Internet from the PC and the laptop. Then I played with File Sharing in Win I don't think it's related, but now I can't access the Internet, and I don't have an IP address on the laptop. The desktop the one I'm typing on now works fine. What is going on? I removed and reinstalled everything that pertains to the network.
Should I reload Win98SE?? I have XP Home unopened, should I try that? I think it would be easier to reinstall Windows. Apparently, if you get this message, there are 2 basic causes.
