But the problem is I don't know when it installed as I only noticed it when I went to control panel which I do not do very often,last time was some months back.

Googling it it say's the program was installed with a windows update, which by coincidence I did today, but have had many since the last time I was in the control panel. OK so my question is 2 fold: 1 wouldn't I have had an option if I wanted this thing?
